Shipping & Returns



Our standard shipping cost is $10 for all areas in Australia.
For orders of $70 and over, we offer FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL DOMESTIC DELIVERY.

We use a courier service and by default it will require signature on delivery. Please ensure you have someone to receive the package and sign. If you want to authorise "no signature required", please clearly write the instruction in the note during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Once your order is then dispatched you will receive an email with your parcels tracking information.

Processing time after you place an order is about 1-2 days. This is the time we need for administration and to prepare your product and carefully pack it in a secured packaging.

  • For metro areas our delivery time frame is 1 - 5 business days. If you reside in Sydney suburbs, delivery can be as quick as 1 - 2 days after it's being dispatched from our site.
  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 5 - 7 business days.
  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 7 - 14 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us so we can assist you further.


We ship orders from Australia  to USA, Canada, UK and New Zealand. All international orders come with tracking and are sent via DHL.

Please note that we don't cover customs or duties that may be applicable in your country.

Returns & exchanges

You can return an item for a refund or exchange if you:

  • Received a damaged and/or faulty item
  • Received an incorrect item

Please note your receipt and/or tax invoice is required upon return/exchange.

We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Just contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
We don't accept exchanges
but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
  • We do not exchange or return if you merely just change your mind
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Please note, delivery and service fees are non-refundable
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
