RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident that you will love our products. But if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange it to us within 14 days of purchase*.
(Face masks exempted. Due to personal hygiene, we unfortunately cannot offer returns on face masks products).How to return
STEP 1:

Your item must be in the original packaging. If product is received used or damaged, no return or exchange will be offered.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
STEP 2:
Send back your unused items in their original conditions and packaging to:
Harvest Collection, PO Box 787, Castle Hill NSW 1765, Australia.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for securely packaging the item back to us. Remember to send with tracking, we cannot refund or exchange a package lost in the mail.
STEP 3:
Once we have received your returned item, we will exchange or refund within 3 days from the date of receiving your return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in the same condition as originally sent.
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer's own expense. Original postage will not be refunded unless the product is found to be faulty.
- Buyers are responsible to package the items securely so as not to be damaged during transit.
- Buyers are responsible to send with tracking, we can not refund if the item is lost in the mail.
- Once we have received the returned goods, we reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product/s do not meet our return requirements.
- Exchanged items will be sent to the customer at no extra cost.
- For international customers, unfortunately we cannot exchange items due to shipping cost. However, we may be able to negotiate on a solution that will be most beneficial for both of us.
